The product oracle is an authorized customer completing that path on the API. Health 200 is not that oracle.
Revisioned Jobs
Artifact-backed definitions. Exact idempotency replay. Changed intent or a stale revision is conflict, not a second row.
Customer Schedules
Calendar, timezone field, overlap, catch-up, HTTP or execute target. Kubernetes CronJob is not this row. Compute is not the metronome.
Fenced execution
One Operation, attempts, generation leases. An unavailable provider is blocked with no fabricated receipt.
Receipts and usage
A terminal receipt binds operation, attempt, generation, digest, and provider. Usage facts come from that receipt, not from health.
